I Heart Etsy Fridays- Paula Montgomery
Happy Friday everyone! Today I am super excited to share one of my favorite jewelry artisans on Etsy, Paula Montgomery! Paula has had one heck of a creative career, which you can read more about here in her bio. After many years of running her own art rubber stamp company, Rubber Baby Buggy Bumpers, she decided to get into making jewelry after her mother in law sent her a bag of her old costume pieces. And boy, am I glad she did! Paula’s jewelry designs are simply fantastic! Each piece is handmade from repurposed vintage components like brooches, rhinestone jewelry, and buttons and charms. Every item in her shop is a one of a kind work of art! They are whimsical and elegant, funky and unique! I’m totally in love with them all! Here are just a few of my favorites from Paula’s shop:
Aren’t they all just amazing! I love everything she has, but I will admit that I am head over heels for the animal charm bracelets! To see more of Paula’s wonderful work, visit her shop on Etsy, Paula Montgomery, Here. Also be sure to check out her awesome website Here, and follow along on Facebook, and Twitter. I’ll be back next week with another lovely artist. Until then…
Happy Shopping!
Her photos are amazing! Love her jewelry! Very creative stuff.
Oh my, Ashlee, Paula’s jewelry is so cute. Love all the little animal charms. I was lucky enough to inherit my Mother’s heart charms that she collected in the late 20’s. 30’s and 1940s. She had many of them on a charm bracelet but she had collected so many that she kept the extras in a jelly jar. These hearts were often engraved by the giver and given on special occasions like Birthdays or Sweet 16. Each are so unique. I think we should bring back the tradition!! I love my charm bracelet which includes many of her hearts. Maybe I should add some cute little animals. Have a beautiful day. Hugs, Laura
